Sweet Potato Mango Pasta
Savoury, creamy, a touch of sweetness and the perfect chew pasta has to offer your little ones will really enjoy this recipe!
170g fusilli or pasta of choice
2 pouches of Sweet Potato Mango blend
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. If your child/children are old enough, salt the water accordingly.
2. Once water is boiling add pasta and stir for about 30 seconds. This helps the pasta not stick. Cook to your preferred doneness. Remember to save some pasta water!
3. In your serving bowl pour out the contents of the pouch and warm through.
4. Once pasta is cooked, drain but do not rinse and transfer to the serving bowl, add the olive oil and mix until everything is well incorporated. If you wish to thin out the pasta, add some pasta water slowly while mixing.
